How does it work?

For immediate support, sessions can be accessed through My Health in the SimplyPlan app. Members either book a session or use the contact numbers provided to get in-the-moment support. Once they’ve had their session, if clinically appropriate, they may be offered short-term structured sessions or referred to the online GP, or signposted to available resources.
